App only: €11.11 per month, including taxes where applicable, renewing monthly until cancelled; the course is not included. Self-paced course: €144, including taxes where applicable, one-time payment, 12 months of lessons and 6 months of app access. Guided programme: €333, including taxes where applicable, one-time payment, 12 months of lessons and app access, and 3 private one-hour mentoring sessions with Alejandra, to be used within 3 months.
Access periods for new purchases of this version begin when payment is confirmed. This update does not shorten the rights attached to earlier purchases. Included app access does not renew automatically. The course consists of six modules and twelve written lessons with exercises, plus a downloadable technical guide and creative workbook for personal use. Videos, printing, delivery and AI generation are not included.
Mentoring sessions are booked by writing to the contact email and agreeing on a time within the three-month period. To reschedule, give notice before the session starts; no automatic penalty applies. If the provider cannot offer an appointment within that period, the period will be extended so the session can take place, or any refund due for the service not provided will be addressed. A session cancelled by the provider is not counted as used.
You need an email address, an internet connection and a modern browser with JavaScript and the storage needed for your session; downloading and reading PDFs requires a compatible reader. You can use your own PNG, JPG or WebP images (up to 25 MB per upload); keep your originals and downloads. If you encounter an incompatibility, contact us to resolve it. Universal compatibility or uninterrupted availability is not promised.
Your account links your purchase and access; creating an account is not a purchase. Access is confirmed after payment has been verified, not simply on returning from Stripe. You may request withdrawal within 14 calendar days of entering into the contract without giving a reason. This offer does not require you to waive your right of withdrawal. Write to the contact address, identifying your purchase and email address; no mandatory form is required. Sample wording: I hereby withdraw from [option], purchased on [date], order [reference if known], in the name of [name], email [email], date [date]. Receipt will be acknowledged and, where applicable, a refund will be made within the statutory time limits and through the payment method, without excluding rights in the event of a lack of conformity.
Cancelling monthly renewal is different from exercising the right of withdrawal: through Purchase > Manage subscription and invoices, you can prevent the next renewal and retain the period already paid for. No new subscription begins when the months included with a course end.
Stripe processes payments. Instalment payments are available only if the provider offers them to the buyer and the buyer accepts its terms; approval is not guaranteed. Vuelve la Luz remains responsible for its product. Displayed prices are final and are not increased by adding taxes included where applicable.
An optional collaborator code attributes the purchase; it does not provide a discount. It does not grant access to cards or exercises. Your account is not automatically added to advertising or a newsletter. Using the workshop does not grant Vuelve la Luz permission to use your creations in advertising. You need the rights to any materials you include. You may keep downloaded teaching materials for personal use, without commercially redistributing them. AI does not guarantee exclusivity or automatic legal protection.
You can keep and download confirmation containing the terms of your purchase from your account. Invoices will be issued using the applicable tax details; for support, corrections to details or a complaint, use the contact information provided. The applicable law applies, and consumers' rights and the jurisdiction of the competent courts are respected.
You can also submit a withdrawal request online and download an acknowledgement, as well as using the contact email.
